>From reading your other posts, it is not clear that you have an SSL-enabled apache. That is, mod_ssl is not compiled in or available as a dynamic library. Either go back to the vendor who supplied your distro and get an SSL-enabled version, or check out http://apache.mirror.testserver.li/httpd/binaries/win32/README.html

Unless you can confirm you have mod_ssl in your distro, everything else is just a waste of time...
