Sorry, but you haven't provided nearly enough information to start
helping you.  The config you supply is incomplete and doesn't match
your problem report (if you must obscure hostnames, at least do it
consistently!).  And without info from the access_log and RewriteLog,
debugging mod_rewrite problems is a near hopeless exercise.

To find the access log, look in httpd.conf for the CustomLog directive.
