Simple answer: you can't.  POST data is input data; ext_filter gives
you output data.

Alternative answer: there are workarounds, but I'd need to know more
about what you're doing to say what would make sense.

What is the purpose of your filter?  Why are you using an ext_filter
as opposed to a normal filter?
