Hmmm... Have you actually tried to upload > 2GB with a client that supports that? There was some recent discussion on the dev list that suggests that 2.2 supports this just fine. You may be pointing out a bug in the LimitRequestBody documentation, which suggests a 2GB limit even on 2.2.
