What it shows is route users go through to reach your server. The higher
number, the slower connection is. The longer 'distance' they travel -
more risk for bottle-necks. As you can see on the *nix traceroute I did,
first 2 network components are on the same network as mine server and
therefore really fast (under 0,5 ms). When I get 'out' of the network,
things slow down a bit... Basicly, everything within 20-25 ms is
reasonably good. Any higher then that and download 'jams' :(
