Apache 2.0.x doesn't support mysql (it's one of the changes in 2.2
that it does).

MySQL support can of course be added through addons like mod_perl,
mod_python or mod_php, or mod_auth_mysql.  The corollary to that is
to look at what such addons you have, and if necessary rebuild them
for the new mysql.
