I can't imagine htdig having _anything_ to do with
the Apache. Is this a new version, i.e. above 3.1.6 ?
But assuming it actually needs apache.. you could
compile apache and configure with the --enable-mods-shared=env
parameter, so as to create the mod_env.so
file.
Perhaps you're using some sort of rpm
installation.. in which case the linux vendor is doing something
awful.

and then checked /usr/lib/apache2/modules/ ... there was
no mod_env.so ? how can i fix this problem ? help please
