I have found the following solution:

 <Directory
"/webspace/linuxreseller2/linuxasim/jan24dom2.com/www/cgi-bin">
                Options -Indexes +ExecCGI
                AddHandler cgi-script .cgi
                Order Allow,Deny
                Allow from All
</Directory>

Is this the right way of solving this issue?
