[users@httpd] make error

I'm now trying to install 2.0.55 and receiving the
error below. I'm not using the ksh.

Found newer headers. Will rebuild apr.exp.
-f apr.exp exports.c export_vars.h
/bin/ksh: -f:  not found

What is going on?
