What configure switch do I use to compile/link apache statically?

So that if I do a "file httpd" I get something like this:

"ELF 32-bit LSB executable, Intel 80386, version 1 (SYSV), for GNU/Linux 2.2.5, statically linked, stripped"

Instead of what I an getting right now:

"ELF 32-bit LSB executable, Intel 80386, version 1 (SYSV), for GNU/Linux 2.2.5, dynamically linked (uses shared libs), not stripped"
