[users@httpd] [trunk] Order,Deny,Allow not allowed in <Directory ..>

Hi -

I just svn - checked out the trunk sources for httpd 2.3.
Configured and compiled fine. After installed, I tried to
bring it up and got errors on the Order,Deny,Allow directives
in my <Directory ..> blocks and the startup aborted.
For example this block:

<Directory />
    Options FollowSymLinks
    AllowOverride None
    Order deny,allow
    Deny from all
    Allow from all
</Directory>

errored on all three directives.

I went back to a snapshot taked from svn on 12/30/05 and
it works.

What have I done???
