Start by reading
http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.2/new_features_2_2.html
and
http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.2/upgrading.html

You'll find that 2.0 to 2.2 is a minor upgrade that shouldn't cause
any serious problems.  There may or may not be new features in 2.2
that interest you, but you should upgrade anyway eventually to stay
current with httpd development.  (For now security fixes will probably
also get ported to 2.0, but at some point they may only be made for
2.2.)

The only serious upgrade pain is that your third-party modules will
need to be recompiled.  (Most third party modules will work without
source-code changes.)
