[users@httpd] Problem overriding port in redirect response

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Hi

Hopefully I have the right site to pose this question. I am currently
using Apache 1.3.36 and are receiving a 302 Found response with the
following Location header from Oracle Single Sign-on:

HTTP/1.1 302 Redirect to Oracle SSO Server
Date: Wed, 21 Dec 2005 16:28:36 GMT
Server: Oracle-Application-Server-10g/10.1.2.0.2 Oracle-HTTP-Server
Location:
http://appserv.lcudev:7777/pls/orasso/orasso.wwsso_app_admin.ls_login

I want to be able to override the port number, 7777, in the Location header
and reconstruct the URL to something like

http://appserv.lcudev:5999/pls/orasso/orasso.wwsso_app_admin.ls_login

so replacing 7777 with 5999. How can I achieve this or even be able to
arbitrarily override any component of the Location URL- even if the target
URL
would be invalid?

Thanks in advance,

Gary
