Hi,
Is Apache running at all?
If Apache is running, what happens if you explicitly set Listen <your ip address>:80 in the conf file and then try to access
the index page from the browser

http://<your ip address>/index.html

I have set up a new server and adjusted the config files, but I keep
getting "connection refused". Been chewing on this for some time now.
Does anybody have any suggestions?

Many thanks
