Check under you httpd.conf file , " Listen 443 " entry is enabled or not. Also checkout ssl.conf

I faced a problem for two or three times I did restart the apache and it fails to start I see the logs and it was cannot bind to port 443, so I tried to see what is the process was used the port but with no luck
