SSI which includes php doesn't work with either Apache 2.0.54 or Apache 2.0.55. It sometimes works with 2.0.54, but also sometimes segfaults. It always segfaults with 2.0.55. I just submitted a php bug report for 2.0.54 and php 4.4.1. There are numerous existing bug reports for SSI + php using virtual(), but the SSI files causing problems for us don't use virtual().
