Could You possibly specify any less info?
I mean, since when does a mail group have the forsight gift?
If You want help, start with the apache version You use,
check if Your firewall isn't blocking the port
('iptables -nL | grep ":80"')
check if the httpd is working at all
(the output of 'ls -A | grep httpd')
and then we may at least try to help.
