RE: [users@httpd] more httpd.conf info

I use Solaris so the config for Windows may be different, but on Solaris the
file is located under PREFIX/conf/httpd.conf

PREFIX=the path of the install you directed it to.  Such as /usr/apache2

and I used the installer the program came with.
