I recently noticed a long delay in a page coming up. What's the best command-line tool/routine to use to monitor how long a page takes to comeback. Should I put an LWP call to a page in a cron job to monitor this? Or can someone recommend a better solution. Then, what is best way to identify problem with why page is slow?
