I did that and got the foll. error,

./apachectl start

ld.so.1: /opt/hiweb/server/bin/httpd: fatal: libgcc_s.so.1: open failed: No such file or directory
Killed

<install dir>\bin\apachectl start.. assuming you have a good httpd.conf file.
