If these are the only RewriteRules, then you can simple do

RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} !^www\.colgate\.com
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} !^origin\.www\.colgate\.com [NC]
RewriteRule .* - [L]

Then all the following RewriteRules will only be run if HTTP_HOST is
one of those values.  If you also need other RewriteRules, replace the
[L] with [S=99] where you replace 99 with the number of RewriteRules
you need to apply.
