RE: [users@httpd] Apache2 Cannot open SSLSessionCache DBM file `/var/run/apache2/ssl_scache error

Check that the server is indeed able to create the file /var/run/apache2/sslcache.(dir|pag) (or something like that). The directory must exist and the apache user must have adequate privileges.
 
Depending on what OS you are using, you may want to replace DBM by something else... Look at the manual for mod_ssl.

 I am getting the following error in my apache2 log file

When i went to the browser i am getting the following error
