Bret, having been the one to do most of the last several 1.3
releases let me just state that, without fail, I have *always*
sent the announcements out to announce@xxxxxxxxxx and
announce@httpd. I have done so via both my jim@xxxxxxxxxxx
AND jim@xxxxxxxxxx address. I would guess a moderation
issue??
