Hi All,
We just upgraded from Apache 1.3.28 to
1.3.33. We are seeing the following error intermittently and the request is throwing
400 error page.

Read from a forum that this is known bug
in Apache 1.3.28 but got fixed in 1.3.33 version. But we seeing the problem
even in Apache 1.3.33.
Any ideas about this are appreciated.

If you mean that you want all request serving to be under a different
userid for the virtualhost, then this is not possible. (You can look
at the metux mpm, but I don't think it is very stable.)
If you mean you want suexec to run cgi scripts under that userid (as
you could do in apache 1.3), then you want the SuexecUserGroup
directive.
