on win2k3 server ie 6.0.3790 only, when i try to click an https link
from our https page it hangs, but if i reload it it works. we are
using apache 2.0
i have this in the ssl conf but its not helping

nokeepalive ssl-unclean-shutdown \
downgrade-1.0 force-response-1.0
