I've heard about that, but both OpenSSH and Apache are bound to 0.0.0.0.

Look in your protocols and adapters in the network control panel and
remove the 'extra' junk.

Didn't find any. TCP/IP filtering is switched off, too.

 Then look at your AV software with suspicion
and try uninstalling (or crippling the 'network' protection).

I don't think there is any network protection...
I use http://www.free-av.com.
Turning it off completely didn't help either.
