This is off-topic, but in my experience this is almost always a problem with queries that are taking too long to process. You can turn on the MySQL slow query log to try to determine this, but often the quick answer is to double-check that you have proper indexes on any field used in a WHERE clause. Learning to use EXPLAIN can help you determine where you need indexes. Another trick is to turn max_execution_time down below 10 seconds in php.ini.
