Wow, this is too weird. I just discovered that this site is ALREADY parsing .htm pages as .php - and it's also doing it online! It's apparently due to this code in the .htaccess file: RewriteEngine ON RewriteRule index.html index.php [QSA] I don't understand why I couldn't get it to work when I tried it months ago.
