[users@httpd] Connecting from proxy to backendserver gives proxy: CONNECT: declining URL problem

Hi!

Trying to set up a front end mod_proxy server and a backend mod_perl 
server for the first time, but get a proxy: CONNECT: declining URL 
http://localhost:8080/dees/ problem.
I guess there is something wrong with my setup but can't figure out 
what. Glad for some help!
