Well telnet will not work over port 80 unless you have it set to do so. Most likely your DSL modem works as router as well, and you need to be forwarding requests inside the router for port 80 to your internal IP: which I am assuming is 192.168.1.3 . For this you would need to consult the documentation on your dsl modem, which should be on the net.
