Hello,

Yes, it had to do with AcceptMutex. But the issue we had is because we did not have the default logs directory inside the apache root directory. That's why apache complained about " ... No such file or directory". We are using an extremely customized apache for our in-house use with a different directory structure. So adding the line:

LockFile <APACHE_ROOT>/logs/accept.lock

that points to our custom logs directory solved the problem.
