[users@httpd] Can't enable DBM support for mod_rewrite

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

I'm unable to get DBM support for mod_rewrite when compiling from source.

Software:
- Apache 1.3.33 and Debian (sarge).

This is what I get:
+ adding selected modules
    o rewrite_module uses ConfigStart/End
      disabling DBM support for mod_rewrite
(perhaps you need to add -ldbm, -lndbm or -lgdbm to EXTRA_LIBS)

Most likely i'm just missing some libraries. I have libgdbm3 and libgdbm-dev
already installed.
