[users@httpd] Building 64 bit apache on Solaris 8

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

what is the exact procedure for building 64-bit apache binaries on Solaris?

Is it just
#export CFLAGS="-D_FILE_OFFSET_BITS=64"
and then configure?

If it is only this much, I'm getting an error while running #make

ld: fatal: file strings/apr_cpystrn.lo: unknown file type
ld: fatal: File processing errors. No output written to .libs/libapr-0.so.0.9.5
make[1]: *** [libapr-0.la] Error 1

Cheers!
