I don't really understand your question very well (hence probably why so few replies):

You stopped seeing what messages? The actual requests? Or some output from your post handling script?

Assuming the requests (I've read it three times: now I think I get it...);

- do the requests still work (do you still get the data in the server)?
- are you sure your forms still use POST (nobody changed them to GET, by any chance?)
- any funny CustomLog directives added?

Apache usually logs everything, all the time. It's getting it to shut up that's the problem...

"no longer" relative to what? You don't say what your original version was...
