Harish,

If you can't find the solution you can force Apache to
listen to IPv4 only, in httpd.conf (or httpd.cnf
depending on the OS), perhaps only to see if the error
report goes away:

#
# Listen: Allows you to bind Apache to specific IP
#   addresses and/or ports, instead of the default.
#   See also the <VirtualHost> directive.
#
# Change this to Listen on specific IP addresses as
#   shown below to prevent Apache from glomming onto
#   all bound IP addresses (0.0.0.0)

#Listen 0.0.0.0:80
#Listen 12.34.56.78:80

# IPv6
#
#Listen [::]:80
#
Listen 192.168.1.100:80
