By any chance do you have mod_deflate enabled?

Hi,

I have apache (2.0.46) running on windows, with a CGI perl script that serves up files based on a posted parameter.

This works perfectly for all types of files, except *.gz files. Apache seems to be doing something on the server, maybe it's trying to uncompress it on the server side? Eventually get the "Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request." error.

I've had a look in the httpd.conf file, but can't see any directives/modules/whatever in there that would be doing this? Does anyone have any clues?

Cheers,

Leigh
