Carlos, I apologize for the direct e-mail but I have a question about what you did Here to configure PHP for accessing oracle. I have done the same thing for PHP to mysql but I need to do 1 server that Can support PHP to MYSQL and Oracle. Do you happen to have any URLs that can chow me the steps for the Oracle side. I have some Oracle background and know that the Oracle environment needs to Be set but I not sure what your Apache build process looked like when activating mod_php to support Oracle. Any info you can share would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance... I want to load balance the work between the two servers. The two servers will share the same htmldocs/ and temp/, because the problem of php session's data, in a storage area network. Searching the archives from this list the two solutions that I found wasn't what I'm looking for: DNS and LVS. For LVS I need one more machine at least, and DNS doesn't seem very reliable. Does anyone have suggestions? Thanks. ps.. yes, my english sucks... sorry :( -- Carlos Baptista DTSI/DSI carlos.baptista@xxxxxxxxxxx INFARMED Parque de Saúde de Lisboa Av. do Brasil, 53 1749-004 Lisboa --------------------------------------------------------------------- The official User-To-User support forum of the Apache HTTP Server Project.
