have you checked the permitions on the directories of this users? Users home dir and the Documents dir permitions.

I have added the directive
UserDir /home/*/Documents/PublicHtml

to my conf file.

Strangely enough, one of the user works fine, the other does not. The error is

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /~symbulos/ on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I have read the documentation, but I cannot make sense of it.

Help!
