Plain text please... Probably your LD_LIBRARY_PATH is not set in the start-up shell. "echo $LD_LIBRARY_PATH" in the login shell then set that it to that in the start-script. For future, avoid problems with LD_LIBRARY_PATH by compiling in paths using the LDFLAGS env.
