Hmmm... <looking very thoughtful and intelligent>  looks like the 
problem is lack of space in the /var file system

I don't see the /var file system here. (I use FreeBSD with the /var file 
system showing up separate from '/')
I suppose if the /var file system is simply a subdirectory of root 
(rather than a volume mount point)
then you should have enough space.  On the other hand....

Since I don't know what OS you're using I can't go much further. What OS 
ARE you using?

Fine - just so long as it's not missing altogether. (see above)

Spool appears to be owned by www - how about /var? (Though I've always 
gotten
permission errors rather than 'out of space' errors when permissions 
were incorrect. And I
assume Apache is running as user www.
