I recommend you that will install Apache 2.0.44 (http://www.aixpanish.com/modules.php?name=Downloads&d_op=viewdownload&cid=4), it's compiled and installp format. It's great. But if you want compile it then you must go to ftp://ftp.software.ibm.com/aix/freeSoftware/aixtoolbox/RPMS/ppc/ and download the better version of gcc and g++ for you aix version and install all the libraries required.
