The HTTP RFC (http://www.faqs.org/rfcs/rfc2616.html) clearly states (sec
14.30), "The [Location] field value consists of a single absolute URI."

This doesn't. But if this redirect is coming from tomcat, you'll have to
get at the Tmocat config to fix it..
