That is still way too vague.  Performance depends on tons of stuff, including:
- Your available bandwidth and latency
- Your clients' available bandwidth and latency
- The size of the objects being requested
- The type of objects being requested
- The memory available
- The CPU available
- Disk speed
- etc, etc etc
