            I have specific logs for parent and child process and am able to see the logs of parent process dumped in child process log with child process id.

             Same piece of code worked in Cent 7.

                      httpd: 2.4.6

                      mod_perl: 2.0.10

               Could you please help here, how to debug the issue?
