Basic auth login that supports OTP?

I saw this once and can't remember where, but maybe someone here has a better memory than me.

Basic Auth uses a username and password for login.

At one point I ran into a Basic Auth login box that has username, password *and* a one-time-password field (HOTP, IIRC)

Does anybody remember this or know where I can find it?
