This is a matter of IP routing, and needs to be configured correctly on your modem (cable / DSL / UMTS / whatever), which is a device we know nothing about. I'm not trying to put you off (or fob you off); I'm just saying that this is something we cannot help you with - it needs to be set up on your Internet router, and we do not know what that is or how it works.
