I understand this is because they are loaded in alphabetical order and defaults to the first one mentioned unless a later match is found. Could there be some /very/ basic configuration I have missed to enable/disable and that's why this occurring? I should also mention that once I have all sites loading and logging done correctly, the next step is to load php-fpm to be able to use different php versions for some of the sites.
