Updating apache from 2.4.6 to 2.4.46

Hi All,

 

I am building RPM for apace 2.4.46 as want o upgrade 2.4.6 to 2.4.46. Before building httpd rpm, built and installed apr and apr-util. While building httpd rpm I am getting below error,

Error encountered :
