Never mind.  This is the grep execution. 
 
> > ps -ef | grep apache (without the '2' on the end)
> root@GBRTEF01LX005:/home/bzadmin/httpd-2.4.29# ps -ef | grep apache
> root 31790 8262 0 03:20 pts/0 00:00:00 grep --color=auto apache
Samething there..  Darn it!
