Hi,

This is may way with httpd and tomcat.

Step 1.
The following phrase is comment out  from server.xml.
    <!--
    <Connector port="8080" protocol="HTTP/1.1"
               connectionTimeout="20000"
               redirectPort="8443" />
    -->

Step 2
The followings are activated in httpd.conf

LoadModule proxy_module lib/httpd/modules/mod_proxy.so
LoadModule proxy_ajp_module lib/httpd/modules/mod_proxy_ajp.so

Step 3
The following statement is added in httpd.conf

Include /etc/httpd/conf/extra/httpd-proxy.conf

Step 4
The location of httpd-proxy.conf is httpd/conf/extra/httpd-proxy.conf

The following lines are written in httpd-proxy.conf for test.

<Location /examples/>
        ProxyPass ajp://localhost:8009/examples/
</Location>

<Location /manager/>
        ProxyPass ajp://localhost:8009/manager/
</Location>


Step 5
Start httpd and tomcat.
